I was steaming along a back road in SE Georgia when I passed, then backed up, and marveled at this quilt painting on the side of this very tidy shed.

About Me
- Ed McGuire
- This is my first year fully retired from teaching after 20 years in middle and high school math classes. Also retired from consulting engineering and USCG where I served for 20 years until 1984. Ships, boats, boat building, sailing, snow sports, and of course bicycling all keep things interesting here in our home state of Vermont. Mary continues to teach MS English and enjoys our home and the Vermont outdoors every bit as much as I do. Did I forget---5 children and 8 grandchildren also take up quite a bit of our time.
So, maybe we should paint one on our barn door?! I am so happy for you and really proud. I am also wondering if I'm really going to be able to ever be able to keep up! See you on Saturday! love, Me
